JVR Specialized Dental Studio is always committed to your satisfaction. If the patient has made payment online towards our dental consultation service on our website and if any of our doctor has cancelled your appointment permanently for any reason, then you may be eligible for a partial refund on dental consultation fee if requested within 7 – 10 days of the consultation appointment date.  
          Refund policy is applicable payments made for online, offline dental consultation and home visit consultation made through online mode on our website only.
        Refund Policy is not applicable for any payments made at our clinic for dental consultation or any decided treatment procedure. There is no refund offered on any treatment taken or service taken at the clinic under any circumstances. 

 

Refunds Terms:
          To be eligible for refund, the following steps must be taken:
          Refund must be requested in writing by contacting jvrdentalstudio@gmail.com or sending the refund request on our official WhatsApp number i.e. +917715003906. It is mandatory to attach the following with your refund request:

• Basic details: Name, age, sex, address, contact number

• Service name for which the payment was made

• Payment acknowledgement

• Bank details for refund – A/c number, Ifsc code or UPI Id or Gpay number.

       Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original payment date on any dental consultation service otherwise refund won’t be possible from our side. 

          If the refund claim is done well in time the refund will be credited within 7 - 10 days post submission of the proof as mention in above paragraph.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

          Late or missing refunds (if applicable) alternatively you will have to share your bank details (A/c number, Ifsc code or UPI Id or Gpay number) to credit the amount.

 

Cancellation Policy:
       No cancellations. We do not accept Cancellation of dental consultation fee once online payment is made. JVR Specialized Dental Studio is committed to its patients, and while we stand by our policy as written above.
